Our pricing models help be flexible with all type of business, roles, and budget.

  • Our Essential model for international employee recruitment includes an Annual Percentage Cost (APC) based on the employee’s wages.

    DETAILS:

    • Balerica takes certain % of expected annual salary of the LATAM contractor.

    • Hiring manager has final selection.

  • Our Deluxe Model is designed to foster a long-term partnership, supporting your business growth and expansion by seamlessly integrating skilled LATAM professionals into your team.

    DETAILS:

    • Monthly fee for the LATAM contractor.

    • More hands off during the hiring and interviewing process.

    • Balerica will take care of the process A-Z and help onboard and hire the LATAM professional.

    • Balerica will take care of Payroll and HR related tasks.

All models include the following: One time ($2,500) Sourcing Fee per LATAM contractors. And to begin sourcing a $500 Deposit must be paid up-front. (Deposit will go towards the Sourcing Fee.
